- We publish positive, professional or neutral information only. We do not publish negative reviews, complaints, defamation or content harming the reputation of a business, person or brand.
- We do not score businesses numerically and never rank one business as 'better' or 'worse' than another.
- Factual business data (address, hours, phone, menu) is shown as provided by the business or from public sources and is updated on request.
- Historical, cultural and professional content is sourced; scholarly disagreement is stated explicitly.
- AI-assisted content is human-reviewed before publication.
Advertising & disclosure
